The goal of this project was to familiarize ourselves with the process of designing a pouch product in multiple SKUs, from die-lines to legal information.
I chose to design a line of cat treats for picky pets called
“Picky Whiskers”.
I based several design decisions around my competitor research, as I wanted to make a product
that felt distinct and had a powerful shelf presence. Some
of these decisions include the
bold color palette, the custom die-cut window that shows the product to consumers, and the implementation of illustration
as opposed to photography.
